I woke up to the rain, believing that today, what
with the test written and the projects finished, would be not only better but
brilliant. I confidently strode to my car, put my keys in the door only to
realise that the door was already unlocked. After further inspection of my car
I was torn between being grateful to the thief who broke in and stole the radio
for doing such a neat and unnoticeable job and sorry that I didn’t have
anything more to offer him to steal in my empty boot. Then, just to add insult
to injury, the thief had left the little inside light on, leaving my battery
dead.
I said so long to my fresh outlook on the day and
the idea of making it to campus in time for our 8am Business in context
lecture.
Harmless otherwise, our group handed in our
Bricolage assignment for ES and had an extremely productive meeting around the
development of our thrift backpacks. We have made the decision to contact “Neon
grey” around the development of our brand and after a phone call with their company;
they sounded extremely promising, wanting to meet with us and explaining a bit
about the various functions which they would be able to work with us on.
This all made the product seem so real and
promising, which was a beautifully satisfying and simultaneously petrifying
thing.
